So i have no idea why you guys think i refused a refund. Not in any way. I first asked brian if we could work something out, and he told me hell no. Just bring the coils all pissed off. Then later on wanted to work something out and backed out again. I inspected the coils yes, but did not Know they needed helper springs to be pro's. i googled it for review and they are not specific on the pics. I asked brian while looking at the coils is he sure they are pro's how to do tell he told me by the adjustment nobs on the bottom. i made a honest mistake, but for someone to sell an item that wasn't what they posted is wrong. Im at a point to try and resolve this.
