Pretty much any transmission shop can rebuild a transmission... its what they do. call around to all of the ones locally and see what you can get for prices.
In the mean time, I would suggest getting your hands on a new clutch kit. preferably something stock, and has all of the bolts.
Then, to rule out the possibility of it being your driveshaft, find a shot to inspect it and balance it as needed.
I'd suggest getting a new pilot bushing too.
So far, you've thrown a lot of parts at it, but, in my opinion, all of the wrong ones.
I just re-read your first post. You took it apart and your flywheel had "dings" in it and that didn't throw up a red flag? And what was the justification for replacing the master and the slave cylinders? What the clutch fork not moving? Did the slave not extend fully? Where you loosing fluid?
You've done all of this work and you have yet to replace the clutch and pressure plate. The only parts that are directly related to the things you say are going bad (IE Throw out bearing)
If it was my money, I would have started with a brand new, complete, OEM replacement clutch kit. (I seriously doubt you need anything more than that anyway)
For you to have broken two transmissions so badly that the car won't move is pretty impressive given the amount of power I would assume you are putting down. Usually, the syncros will go bad and you'll have some grinding going in and out of gear, perhaps even a tough time getting it into gear, but once it is in, it will move the car. You're saying you have it in gear and the car won't move.
Unless your driveshaft is way way way dented and bent, The only thing I see causing that kind of a problem is a totally shot to shit pilot bushing, or a fucked up clutch/pressure plate.
So now, you need another new/good tranny. I would highly suggest that you replace all of those parts that might be causing the issue before you kill another tranny.
