Are you running an air filter? Sounds stupid but we had a filter that was too small and it did the same thing. After that, we never ran one.
You also have to factor boost pressure on the intake valve, the pressure on the valve acts like a week spring. You want to run alot of spring pressure on the closed side, but you can't have too much on the open side or your collapse the hyd lifter.
And when we did the 610 it was with the 80mm turbo on the 363ci. (we couldn't break 525 with the 70mm it was too small)
You can't mistake fuel pressure for volume.

no we took off the filter and going to put a screen on it.as for someone tuning the car to making power something is not right cause he ran the car on just the jgs wastegate and he said it pulled all the way to 6200 andwanted more and i told him im not going past 6200 that was with 18total timing.then when he put on the manual controller he said clutch was slipping when its not you can see in the video it stops at 5000RPM.so after he was done he put my AEM controller back on and was starting to unstrap the car.i told him no dyno it with my AEM controller.so whats weird to me is why on the wastegate did it pull clean to 6200RPM and now with the controller on it and wont make power past 4800RPM ?
as for him tuning it for it to not go past 4800RPM maybe hes pulling alot of timing on the top end which is why it wont go past 4800.
only reason im saying this is because the other day i cecked timing and with spout out it was at 8degree so i took it up to 12 with spoutout and now it will go past 5000RPM but you can feel its loosing power
