plug gap all depends on what boost ur gonna run, anything under 12 lbs, use the 7's, at like a 28-30 gap, depending on how well ur coil pack is doing

anything after that ur gonna need bkr8es's and gap them to .22-24, and any boost over 20lbs most likely .19 ish,
i could not run a stock coil pack with a gap bigger than .20 over 10 lbs before it would blow the spark out

i had to do msd coils and gap them at .19 to run over 20lbs to keep it from breaking up,

the bigger the gap u can get away with the better off u are, start at .32 and work ur way down little at a time
