Didnt add oil, reason is oil was coming out of the lines at the condensor when i pulled them apart.I thought it had enough. I believe our system takes 2oz correct?

Make sure there is no particles in the system, thus you will have a blockage issue with the expansion valve. Make sure you have a air exchange with the inside and outside high and low. Meaning your air handler must be working 100% if its not switching over inside sending the air over the low side coils it will get lower on the low and higher on the high... also the same effect from the high side can be said,,, if air is not passing over the high side coils aka condenser you will have the same effect. its basically a balanced equation. both have to work with each other... make sure the fan is working 100% and there is nothing interfering with the heat exchange. Ac systems are very simple when it comes down to it. It can only be a few things as which i stated. Also adding a lil oil to the system can not hurt at all. Some comes out when a system leaks or gets a breach. Hope this helps.
Yes all parts are form 90 lol, just changed the fittings on the LS and HS side to 134a. Everything seems to be working as it should compressor kicking on condensor fan coming on etc, just something that i cant see or hear thats causing a issue.
What is the best way to make sure there or no particles in the system? If putting the system into a vacuuming wont do it im at a loss,Dont have any nitrogen to check for leaks etc.
From all of what you said above, the expansion valve is likely the problem.Which would make sense due to my center vent temp not being able to go down past 60 degrees.
I did notice and forgot to mention that towards the end of the 3rd can i noticed some freon leaking out from the fitting on the compressor .I closed the LS off and it stopped leaking.
