Default A/c not cold

Well after years of not having A/C in the car I decided its just too damn hot to not have it here in Florida and its not even summer yet "must be getting old" lol,I went thru the whole car yesterday and changed every O-ring in the system seeing how some were from 1990. I didn't replace any parts this time around just wanted to see if how the system would work as is,Although I did replace the expansion valve and drier awhile ago so they are the newest parts on the car.Original compressor and condensor.
I vacuumed down the system for about 40 min then waited about 20 min to see if both sides held a vacuum and both were fine needles didn't move. Charged system,
Here's were the problem is.
at idle Low Side is at 30 High Side at 250-275
at 2000 rpm the LS= 20 HS=300 (slowly climbs up)
The car emptied 3 cans of freon. Which seems a little odd
the center vent temp doesn't go below 60 no matter what the fan speed is set at,its cool but definetly not cold enough.
I have read that when the LS is low and the HS is High there's a blockage in the system.Think I'm going to replace the condensor and see if that is the issue as its the original, also on the end there is some blue/green looking stuff on the coil.

What do you all think?

Most common for any low to high diff and a blockage issue would have to do with the expansion valve. is this a old r12 system? Is the fan kicking on? I don't think replacing the condenser unless smashed or in some serious state of decay will be the issue. Make sure there is no particles in the system, thus you will have a blockage issue with the expansion valve. Make sure you have a air exchange with the inside and outside high and low. Meaning your air handler must be working 100% if its not switching over inside sending the air over the low side coils it will get lower on the low and higher on the high... also the same effect from the high side can be said,,, if air is not passing over the high side coils aka condenser you will have the same effect. its basically a balanced equation. both have to work with each other... make sure the fan is working 100% and there is nothing interfering with the heat exchange. Ac systems are very simple when it comes down to it. It can only be a few things as which i stated. Also adding a lil oil to the system can not hurt at all. Some comes out when a system leaks or gets a breach. Hope this helps.

Didnt add oil, reason is oil was coming out of the lines at the condensor when i pulled them apart.I thought it had enough. I believe our system takes 2oz correct?

Yes all parts are form 90 lol, just changed the fittings on the LS and HS side to 134a. Everything seems to be working as it should compressor kicking on condensor fan coming on etc, just something that i cant see or hear thats causing a issue.
What is the best way to make sure there or no particles in the system? If putting the system into a vacuuming wont do it im at a loss,Dont have any nitrogen to check for leaks etc.
From all of what you said above, the expansion valve is likely the problem.Which would make sense due to my center vent temp not being able to go down past 60 degrees.

I did notice and forgot to mention that towards the end of the 3rd can i noticed some freon leaking out from the fitting on the compressor .I closed the LS off and it stopped leaking.

just a lil piece of dirt or particle will clog the expansion valve. i honestly would change it. take some lines apart get a air hose and just blow them out. the compression fitting was venting due to the high side being to high. Its a pressure relief valve. Don't worry it was just doing its job. How long ago did you replace the expansion valve? Was it a new one? IF old it might be a r12 expansion valve. At any event get a new expansion valve try cleaning the lines out. Pull a vacuum.. and no pulling a vacuum will not tell you if you have stuff in the system. You have to make sure you don't by cleaning out all the lines and making sure. Id clean the lines all the way to the compressor.

Did you use r134 that has a uv dye in it? Also, is the ac fan turning on? If it was ever opened you should invest in a new dryer and have it vacuumed to 25+ micron's.

I replaced all the o-ring seals in the system, and just refilled the system. The air was cool but not cool. After getting with an A/C tech at my job we vacuumed the system to 200 microns and refilled it with freon and oil. I have ice cold air now.

Finished putting in a new expansion valve and drier system is now being vacuumed down right now,The old expansion valve was at least 2years old.Ill try cleaning out the lines as well.
