A definate upgrade in my opinion. I know I've thought on more than one occasion that the exhaust on the z32 hangs out a little too much below the rear bumper. The design you are looking at getting makes it looked tucked up and/or hidden. The twin outlet mufflers look slick...not a fan of the double fart can look.

I'll agree with that.
As for the fart can look, its because most z32 owners are kids who had riced out civics and finally had enough cash to step up to a fast(er) car so they picked up a busted, turbo 300. Makes me sad. But, it could be worse I guess.
Back to the point, the rear looks good. Be careful with your color choices. I have seen that rear on some cars and it looks ricey as hell, (usually the red cars) but then on other cars, it looks slick as fuck. The one black one I saw just looked off since the black of the paint and the black lower section colors clashed.
If you can pull it off, it can look really good.
Matches well even with the stock JDM front end.
