I know your power level is way above what I'm about to describe but it may help others with similar problems. When I built Airborne's car we had trouble keeping it cool. We had a champion radiator, stock fan, stock water pump and a crate ordered stock 302 and couldn't keep it cool. Tried everything I could think of. Then we heard to try baby drinking water and water wetter.. after that, never had a problem again....
