two issues i see here, well #1 it's Write Not Wright.
The other is for a lawyer to draw up a legal document it usually costs between $75-$150 (even if its just a notice) now say it's about $100 (1/4 of the final purchase price of the item)...He wouldnt get that money back in court. He'd get the money for taking it to court and for the part itself. If i'm wrong about this i'm sorry but this is how it worked when I went to court when my 110cc pocket bike got stolen.
