The bank count is somewhat misleading. It is not indicative of how many 'positions' it has, but refers to the layout of the memory in the PCM.
Yours is a CMR Delta which holds two separate 'tunes' and has a disable option to revert back to whatever is in the PCM, giving the appearance of three 'tunes'.
