case - I did the valve cover gaskets on the vic, the first step is to jack up the front end, and remove the passenger tire and splash shield. Step two - remove EVERYTHING from the firewall on both sides.. the complete a/c system and braking system.. I had to recharge the a/c and replace the dryer just to change a $19 gasket.. Fords are not designed to be worked on without a beer in your hand.. not like the hondas, dodges, nissans, toyotas.. they keep things in mind for the shared_user.
