being that your car is a 89 the 90 stuff wont work with any of the 90-93 wiring without cutting. Being that your going carb you can do a few thing find all the wiring from a 87-89 car as they are the same and if can be v8 or 4cly. Then get it installed and check that your lights wipers horn windows and all that stuff is working. Next whatever harness you got look up a diagram for and with this you can find you wires for the stock gauges and the starter input wire. I did a carb swap on my 94 and i have no engine harness at all and all my stock gauges work my a/c is ice cold it all works as it should.
