i had/have the same views as you john..i am not very fond of organised religion.. and Sarah knows it.. but outside of the church stuff our views are pretty similar.. she accepts the fact that while i dont HAVE to go to church..i do so because its something else we can do together... its not bad for me.. wont kill me.. and sometimes i find it entertaining to listen to our preacher as he tells good jokes.. and often i find what he is talking about interesting.. mostly though i use t as an oportunity to just observe people ..

while most forms of organised religion might be a crock.. i find that the churches tend to be teeming with hotties who believe their sins are already paid for .. so sinning some more is just getting your monies worth .. lol
