im thinking that the fuel filter might be part of the problem. I changed my plugs today because i found out that NGK plugs run like shit in the stang. I changed the plugs out and in ran much better. It still misfires occasionally but Not hardly as bad as it was doing. It's not the coil pack because its not misfiring at idle.
