Especially when they see the cash registers going non-stop.. they keep getting asked to work harder and weird hours.. see no raises.. then have to keep working less than 20 hours per week so thye dont fall into the benefit problems.
Go to any McDonalds and youll see employees buzzing around.. they have it where instead of having 12 full time employess they have 24-30 part timers.. all with different schedules week in and out. Recently my wife's son got a job at a McD's.. they sent him home early becuase of sales not meeting the hourly target. Manager said if we dont sell X per hour, we have to send workers home. His schedule is "on call" meaning they call him if they need him.. So if you ask him will you be working on Thursday.. there is no answer. What a crazy thing.
