Yeah, Sears as a whole does not care about asset protection so I could definately see that .

Best Buy are like Eagles we keep our product on lock down with sweep intervals and undercover security as well as door security. People still steal crap though. The Asset Protection average about $10/hr too.

The thing about Sears is they are not used to paying alot of wage even if it's in a K-Mart store, they are primarily comission base.
