typically, thats all they do, but you gotta figure, a 20 something year old girl, by herself, gets a flat. She either has to wait for someone to come save the day. wait for AAA, or a road ranger guy shows up. the sooner the tire gets replaces, the sooner she is on the road and out of the way. just having a car parked on the side of the road effects traffic. rubber neckers cause all kinds of problems.
Suppose that's true enough. Hadn't really considered it that way as I usually call AAA since I cant even fathom getting to my spare lol (it's buried beneath a 5 gallon tank of methanol and a speaker box and amps). I did have to call the road rangers once in a company vehicle that I didn't know had a broken fuel gauge when I ran out of gas dead smack in the middle of I-75 down by bonita springs at like 2:30 in the morning. Super heavy fog + I-75 + E350 work van = bad scenario lol. Just seems to me like you never see those dudes doing much...and there's not a direct number for them that I'm aware of...I ended up calling 911 to get a cop out there to block the lane so I could walk to get gas and they sent a dude in a truck with free gas instead lol.
