Ok, so HOK has a neon color, and im kind of weary about it. I really like the color, but my 3 main concerns are:

1) Can a neon color have a flake or metallic mixed into it?

2) Is there a way to combat the light fastness? (i.e specifically made clears or anything like that.)

3) How does prep work go when dealing with neon colors? Do I need a white primer/white basecoat, or could I have it sprayed over any kind of primer?

I browsed around HOK's website, and didnt find too much helpful info, so maybe you guys could help me out a little bit more.
