I drove my SR straight to indianapolis, and stopped in atlanta on the way back, a few days after assembling the engine, straight trip with only stopping for gas and drive-thru food.

Yet you say an SR cant be reliable, it's all in the quality of the parts, and assembly.

I never said an sr is unreliable. Its just easier for me to get parts for the ka and having more experince with a ka that makes me lean towards a ka. As far as parts go i was plannig on doing a megan manifold and down pipe, a rebuilt t28, 550s at tommy's recomendation, arp head studs, oem rebuild and tune up, and il proble have martin tune it regardless.
