A buddy of mine just bought a bank-bank FAST system for 800 bucks with the wiring harness and sensors. The bank to bank systems are selling dirt cheap.. and work really well.

The tuning is easy.. just takes a few hours to get the hang of it. Hell the hardest part is the drivability.. you can pay someone to dial that in for you. Then all you do is the WOT stuff yourself which is super easy.

Its all about how you direct the money on your project.. especially when its limited. On mine I try to wheel and deal every part.. Look at me not buying the Aerospace brakes.. keeping the stock stuff.. or not getting the paint and body done..

Being a baller and throwing down $$$ at shiney stuff is easy.. in the end when the engine comes apart.. an EFI setup keeps that from happening. And keeps you in the game.

Went through the blow through stuff.. never ever will I run an engine blind again.

I do all my own tuning. And have learned from watching others and figuring stuff on my own. Just like you share and help.. there are those that dont mind lending a hand. Including myself.
