Still for what the OP wants $4k is too much. It would be cheaper to boost his ls motor and it would make waaaaaay more power than a H22 and also it would be lighter.

OP just do the simple bolt ons I was telling you about and get your ecu chipped/tuned by phearable (they are local) and you will beat b16 swapped civics all day (I know b/c I used to all the time)

right off the bat the LS motor has more tq and with simple bolt ons and a reflash you will have no problems hitting 170 hp at the crank
