I wouldn't waste $$ on a h22 the b18b will provide plenty of power for what you want at half the hassle.
I'm pretty sure you can you use any b series intake manifold (ex: type-r), but for the price just pick up a skunk 2.
Hit up phearable.net they sell chipped ecu's and will also tune your car. I personally bought my b18b chipped ecu from them and was very pleased with the purchase.
A earth ground kit is basically fatter cables for the oem grounds. It's said you can gain power...i'm not sure about that, but it just stabilizes the electrical components
