Motor Mods: Fully built bottom end w/ 9:1 cp's by me with all ARP even main studs (yes it was line honed),greddy pan, cos. MLS HG, ras, heat wraped stock exhaust mani, S15 speck R turbo @ 14psi now, 3" turbo back, big FMIC, blitz ss bov, hks wastegate, intake, DW 550cc injectors, A.M. fpr, fresh Walbro, safc2, bee*R, tuned ecu, Alum rad, fal fans
Drive train: alum driveshaft, Spec Stage 2 clutch, PS cooler, hicus quick steer rack, megan inners tein outers
Coils/Spring-Strut combo: Stance gr+
Wheels: avs model 6 17x7/8 +35, 25mm spacers x4, 17x7 fwd curbed up rims for rear drift wheels
Tires: 215/40/17 Fed 595 up front, sink 225-255/40-45/17's rear
Brakes: pbr ult. , cross drilled rotors
Bushings: sub fraim spacers, es rack, nismo motor/trans, sway bar
Diff: Nismo 2 way
Interior: fake bride bucket, ebay 13" steering wheel, 8 ball knob,
control amrs: megan ruca/tension
Suspension: ST front sway, stock rear with poly bushings, strut bars
Other: Kouki skirts, se lip
Alignment: front/ rear= too much neg camber
Motorsport: Drifting, I used to autox, rallyx and drag race
Setup for track: coilovers always set to full soft gives me the best feel and grip for the small tires I use
Thoughts on setup: Feels good and the car does what I want. I got this car about 5 years ago 100% stock and started daily and drifting it auto trans and open diff. Ka got knock and sr swaped was my first mod. That way overpowered the stock suspension. Springs with stock shocks made it 100% better. Then built it as my skill got beter and now more boost. Now its time for a cage but I want a clean shell thats never been wrecked and swap everything. It felt the best with 235 front and 255 rear kdw's. The right grip for the 300-330whp it makes. The turbo starts boost @ 1300 rshared_pm and will make full boost @ 2600-2800rshared_pm which is some fucking fast spooling!
It was chalanging but alot of fun to drift my friends low budget low powered sohc coupe after only drifting my car (well a bronco 2 and 318ti in the rain).
