Bolt the head back on w/ the timing belt. Tighten the belt. Stick something between the the cam gears (wraped in something that wont damange your head), so that the belt does not move. Remove the bolt w/ a breaker bar. This wil need 2 people. It is ghetto, and not recommended, but will work with limited tools.
