there is a special tool. Its a big open 5 or 6 point thats on the outside? that you can put a 17MM socket through the center so you hold the crank with the tool so it doesnt spin and loosen the 17MM crank pulley bolt. Super simple. Just google or ask around for a crank pulley holder.
