it still leaks no matter where its mounted...whats the problem with buying a good one? have you ever built a turbo car before? no offense but the questions you are asking are kinda scary for someone going turbo. and why are you using a t28? why not use like a t3 off of a saab or volvo so that you can have a t3 flange in case you want to upgrade later. lol you arent gonna do shit with a t2 flange.
