You infer whatever you want, but I didn't say that head flow doesn't matter to HP. I said that HP is a better indicator of flow in general. Your static flow crutch argument is tired and you don't know enough about dynamics to back it up.
And since when is "swapping it into stuff" some kind of requirement for a good motor?
