To answer your question, I don't know of any shops that will resurface a slotted rotor.

With that said, you would benefit more from better pads, store brand rotors and an entire brake fluid flush. Hawk HPS would be a great DD pad.

I use autozone blanks (non-slotted or drilled) on my track car and don't have a problem with them.
