just so its clear im going through his insurance company. mine has not and probably will not be notified. his company said its pretty much was a done deal as far as them excepting liability... so i dont see my insurance getting involved. that means if my insurance doesnt get involved then my rate doesnt go up, same as last time i got rear ended. Also i do have a job, but since my car is drivable im not missing work, hence the no lost wages... and im 20 so im too young to get a rental...
so back to my main question. so no one thinks i should be compensated for my time, loss of use while in the shop, and the stress of dealing with all this bull shit?....
