ok so here's what i think! i think you should buy a new turbo just the turbo because face it here on tr you wont find a turbo with out shaft play.. with that said after you buy a new turbo($300-700) you can buy the rest of the other parts on tr like blow off valve then a wastegate and then a turbo manifold and you should be well under the $2-3000 mark but that's my opinion
