So a guy is supposed to drop $7k to someone he doesn't know for shit (its advertised on a national forum) and just trust the guy that it has the parts that were mentioned and its all done correctly? Sorry, I live in the real world.
Also, once the motor has been built by the "best of the best 'round these parts" tearing it apart for inspection and re-assembly (if done correctly) won't hurt performance.
I was tearing down and re-assembling 665 ci Sonny Leonard motors when I was 19 years old. If you build it right the first time, rings and bearings aren't a big deal.
