you can import it for one year for 'show or race' purposes i believe and then just get it sent offshore and brought back in once a year. or get the proper bumpers, lighting, door reinforcements etc. i believe you can also import the shell and motor seperately or something like that.

if you're wanting to import something that isnt available here, you might have less hassle going through motorex or someone who is able to do it pretty easily cuz either way you're going to wait. if its just a rhd car that is available here in lhd, IMO its a waste of money.
