just wanted to say that i have NEVER seen worse driving on a race track. S60R, you have a fast car and without proper training i can see you getting into some SERIOUSLY dangerous situations.

it would be beneficial for you and the other people you share the race track with in the future if you had some proper instruction. us bmw folks have BMW Car Club of America sponsored Driving Education events where highly trained professionals sit with you in the car while you drive and teach you proper racing habits on a race track. I am sure there is a Volvo equivalent and, if not, you are more than welcome to attend a BMW sponsored event ( http://www.fscbmwcca.org or http://www.firstcoastbmw.org). The instructors at these events are usually club racers themselves and are more than willing to help drivers "hone in their skills".

but seriously, please get some proper instruction before going to a race track again alone. it's one thing to put yourself at risk, it's a completely different thing to put others at risk.
