And I love my 70-300. I've contemplated selling it to fund a 70-200 2.8 VR, but I just couldn't do it. It's sharp and I love the extra 100mm out of it.
The 70-300 was great to me today at the Atlanta Zoo. However, I made the most rookie mistake and forgot to check the ISO when I pulled it out this morning. I was messing around with some shots last night from my balcony, and forgot to change the ISO from 3200. So ALL my shots are awesome, and have great composition, except for the fact they're all grainy and have a crap ton of noise.....
What a dummy I was...
