No one's debating that. I simply stated your a retard. I've watch several integra's (So has Vapor) run 15psi daily on stock internals making well over 200whp for long periods of time. Years in fact.

Sleeves are better then nothing. I don't believe in the use of blockguards myself. I feel they're just a bandaid, and also are prone to making motors run a bit warmer then normal.
