First off that's a great way to find someone to help you, insult them first.
Second, is this a turbo DSM? Only a few of the 1995 ecu's were factory Eprom units capable of being re-chipped. You need to check out
ECMTuning, Inc. to see if you have an ECU out of a 1995 or if it is the stock one. If it's stock you can't do anything with it.
P.S. I am NOT an evo fuck, but I have dealt a little with turbo DSMs and this is basic knowledge.
