ok so i called brandon honda and they told me that the "o-ring" (THE PART THAT LOOKS LIKE A SNOWMAN LOCATED ABOVE V-TEC SOLENOID)is not replaceable on my year model only 01 and up. he advised me to make one (which i have no idea how) and i should go to a auto part store (like discount or autozone) and have them give me a gasket kit... please if there is anyone who has this o-ring part laying around or know how to make one professionally, please let me know ill pay you for it and maybe installation.
