I'm assuming you tried a good penitration oil? Did you try heat? That happens all the time with our offroading trucks.

or how about you put the nut on half way and hit the fuck out of it with a big fucking hammer while your partner has a impact wrench on the other side, with the bolt smothered and covered in penitrating oil??
