Then they put it on Craigslist or something similar and say " Oh hey the title is very easy to get". You tell them well then get the title and I'll pay a little extra. Their answer is always " I don't have the time and if I do get the title I will sell it for more money.

No offense and don't take this the wrong way, but if you can make 4k on a truck just by getting the title and you claim for it to be so easy and you don't want to do it then your a fool. 4K is way better then what your asking. Hope you can find a buyer without a title. I would try people who are into racing and would just want it as a truck for the track. Good luck with it. Should be fast to sell if you put it for sale on the correct forum. Try racing forums.
