The club cab only weighs 3500lbs dry and the single cab weighs 3100. Thats wh they only have 250HP. Theres no way in hell they would put any more horsepower in a light-assed truck. It would be like driving on ice. Your best best would be to either add a turbo or supercharger to your stock internals (with intake exhaust and fuel control) or my choice would be to do basic machine work to get HP. You could shave a set of 360 magnum heads to raise your compression port them to increase the flow over stock 360 heads have your cam ground by Crower or Lunati to increase the lift and duration and do some fuel mods. A manual trans or a built auto with stall converter and shift kit is the first step.
