Another vote for tranny mount, just replaced mine. The only real way to check is to support the transmission up and then remove the crossmember. If you remove the four bolts that hold the crossmember to the frame of the car and the crossmember falls, then the tranny mount is broken. There is a center bolt on the transmission mount that holds it to the crossmember. When it breaks the two peices will separate.
