im totally lost as to whats going on with mastro and what they are telling you.... but if it is in limp mode i would imagine as someone previously has said it would trigger a CEL...
that said, it makes it sound like it is primarily a mechanical issue, i.e. boost leak or hose or something... those gaskets are a pain in the ass... the BOV ones are dumb crush type ones and i hate em, so to insure i have NOT a problem, i use a real tiny bit of RTV around the bottom and top of the gasket
