In my wife's 94 vert with a v-6 and automatic, the "OD off" light keeps flashing on and off for a while after driving it, then eventually stays on. Tonight, it came on for a while. She shut the car off, restarted it, and it was off. Got on the freeway, and the OD worked just fine. As she pulled into the driveway, the light started flashing again and stayed on...again.


We just replaced this transmission. The last one did the same thing for a while before it went out. I don't want this transmission to go out.

Ideas?
