Seriously though no. We dont need more laws we already have more then enough. Mandatory nothing. Why should I have to do anything like this? Because some other assholes mistreated dog had a crime of passion?!
Lessons of fairness? Dude really wake up. Life isnt fair and thats not going to change. I'd rather teach a child to be tough and smart, because it isn't fair and never will be. You really want your kids to have a fair shot then equip them with some mental weapons.
