Car insurance is the biggest scam EVER, quickly followed by home insurance. And now health insurance is mandatory. AMERICA FUCK YEAH! The insurance companies sure are quick to grab your monthly payments, but getting any money back is like trying to squeeze water from a stone.
Good luck man. Wish I could say I think you're going to get an easy win because it truly wasn't your fault, but get ready for a long frustrating battle.
Thanks sean, i really hope it doesnt come to anything like that. If it does, be sure i will be taking them to court with the cop and witnesses on my side. I think next time I visit home if they havent accepted fault or contacted their ins. comp. back. Ill let them know im willing and ready to take it to the next step and hopefully they will realize its not worth it on their end. Cop + 2 witnesses is a sure win.
