I bet street racers kill more women, children, cripples, nuns, etc, then all the pitbulls combined. I think they should start banning all aftermarket modifications to cars because modified cars are more prone to be used in street racing, therefore we should target the whole population instead of gearing legislation to handle those that can not handle their freedom responsibly.

Is there a difference to the logic?
