I've learned a lot from youtube videos. You just have to know what to search for. If you are looking for car editing type in something like "car photoshop" portraits type in "portrait photoshop" if you are looking to learn a certain style like vintage type in "vintage photoshop" also google can help you find tons of tutorials online to help.
