Granted most of the prices are deals on used parts, some you may find cheaper some may be more expensive. If you are not in a rush you can piece it together for cheap.

1) Are you sure that stock KA24DE with T25 and 8-10psi boost can result 250-300whp? If yes, please show me a link.
2) Your part list is not complete.
Are you sure you want to use stock exhuast not 3-inch exhaust? What about the clutch? No water/oil temp gauges at all?
3) The point of this thread is to explore if there are other alternatives and is to see if I miss any small parts.
I forgot to add Walbro Fuel Pump for Nissan 240sx S13 to my list.
