Well, it's not that bad. For instance, I'm usually charging in the range of 5-7 for a wedding. This is mainly due to the fact that having one body, one shooter, and having the down time to have to switch lenses, etc, makes it difficult to produce what I want, ya know? My friend and I are teaming up now and then and are doing it for about 1k for both of us. Each gets half, then its not so bad cause each person gets a little weight lifted, and still getting about as much as if we shot it ourselves. Now, if we each had 2 bodies, and the equivalent lenses, we could easily charge in that 2k range like most legit wedding photogs do.
