The upper bolt will retain the stock setting (or close to it). If you put it on the lower bolt so that your LCA will angle upward toward the front of the car, it will increase your antisquat. As far as UCA's. Team Z or Baseline Suspensions offer a good UCA that has the capability of adjusting the PA and relocates the mounting point up and forward. However, they are a fixed position UCA. Meaning you can relocate it from the position they offer.

I just recently purchased a set of UCA from Walt at Realspeed who is selling UCA with relocation brackets that are adjustable. I will be testing them at DH12. here is a pic...
